Toasted (or Asian) sesame oil is an intensely flavored oil often used in Asian cooking. Look for it in the Asian section of your market.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small resealable container; close container and shake to combine. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Makes about 1/3 cup.
Make ahead: Dressing can be made 5 days ahead. Refrigerate, tightly covered.
