Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp wheat germ, if desired

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor andprocess until pureed. Pour into a tall glass and serve.

Makes 1 tall glass.
